Prasar Bharti has set a reserve price of
Rs 4.3 crore per slot for the 25th online e-auction for filling up
vacant slots on Doordarshan’s direct-to-home Free Dish platform to be
conducted on 18th January, 2016.
The e-auction will be conducted by Noida based M/s. C1 India Pvt. Ltd. on behalf of Prasar Bharati.
The reserve price in the last e-auction was Rs 4.3 crore.

The eligibility terms and conditions
including other relevant details for this e-auction are displayed on DD
website: www.ddindia.gov.in.
However, the participation amount (EMD)
in the 25th e-auction is Rs 1.50 crore which needs to be deposited in
advance on or before 18-12-2016 (Monday) latest by 12:00 P.M alongwith
processing fee of Rs 10,000 (Non-refundable) in favour of PB (BCI)
Doordarshan Commercial Service, New Delhi.
The application can be submitted in
Person or by Registered Post latest by 12:00 P.M on or before 18-01-2016
(Monday) in Room No.320, 3rd Floor, Tower-A, Directorate General:
Doordarshan, Doordarshan Bhawan, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi – 110001.

The successful channels are required to deposit Rs.110 Crore (1st
Installment) of Reserve Price within one month from the placement of TV
channel on DD Free Dish alongwith Service Tax @ 14.5% of Total Bid
Amount. The 2nd Installment amount of Rs.1 Crore to be deposited by the
successful channel in the second month from the placement of the
channel. The Balance Bid amount should be deposited on or before Six
Months from the placement of the channel on DD Free Dish failing which
the deposited amount will be forfeited and channel will be discontinued
from DD Free Dish after the 21 days discontinuation notice.
